How to order
Browse our online shop adding the items you would like to order into the shopping basket. Click the item once to see it in more detail and to view the size options and availability.
All items that are too large to post will be sent via DPD. If you provide your mobile phone number we will pass this onto DPD who will text you with a 1 hour delivery window. You can also track your items progress on the DPD website.
Your right to cancel
When purchasing an item via our website we allow you a 14-day cooling off period to cancel your order. If you buy a product over the phone, online or by mail order the Distance Selling Regulations give you a seven day cooling off period from the day after you receive your goods to cancel. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the item, at your expense, using a trackable delivery service. The goods will be your responsibility until we receive them.
Distance Selling Rules
Under the distance selling regulations, you are quite within your rights to change your mind at any time within the first seven days, return the goods and get a full refund. The goods will be inspected and your refund will be paid to you using the same method that they were originally paid. Goods will be return at your expense and we recommend you use a trackable delivery service. The goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them back. May I remind you that you have a 'duty of care' to the goods while they are in your possession. Please make sure any returning goods are well packaged. Please include a copy of your original invoice when returning goods otherwise it will delay the processing of your return.

Out of stock items
We try to maintain good stocks of all our lines unfortunately sometimes it is difficult to get the required items from our supplier. We will always do our best to source your requirements in the shortest time possible.
For any warranty issues you should contact us first. All of our suppliers have different warranty terms and you should check their website for the warranty details for a certain product. We can of course offer advise on warranties and any problems you may have.

Goods lost or damaged in transit
Any items loss in transit or not received should be reported to us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Any items damaged in transit should be reported to us imediately or within 24 hrs of delivery.
If you need to return your purchase please notify us by email or phone first on 01473 217480. Please have all the relevant information to hand including date of purchase, invoice number and product details. All returns must be repacked in the original factory supplied packaging. We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We will only refund shipping costs if the item is defective.
