Any tracking details may be aquired from us via email or phone and can be tracked on the Fedex website. Out of stock itemsWe try to maintain good stocks of all our lines unfortunately sometimes it is difficult to get the required items from our supplier. We will always do our best to source your requirements in the shortest time possible. Warranties For any warranty issues you should contact us first. All of our suppliers have different warranty terms and you should check their website for the warranty details for a certain product. We can of course offer advise on any problems you may have.
Goods lost or damaged in transit Any items loss in transit or not received should be reported to us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Any items damaged in transit should be reported to us imediately or within 24 hrs of delivery. Returns policy If you need to return your purchase please notify us by email or phone first. Please have all the relevent information to hand including date of purchase, invoice number and product details. All returns must be repacked in the original factory supplied packaging. We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We will only refund shipping costs if the item is defective.
