How to order
Browse our online shop adding the items you would like to order into the shopping basket. Click the item once to see it in more detail and to view the size options and availability.
When you are ready simply click checkout to check your order and provide the necessary payment and delivery details.
All items that are too large to post will be sent via DPD, UKMail or Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. If you provide your mobile phone number we will pass this onto DPD who will text you with a 1 hour delivery window. You can also track your items progress on the DPD website. All orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee next day shipping.
When purchasing an item via our website we allow you a 14-day cooling off period to cancel your order. If you buy a product over the phone, online or by mail order the Distance Selling Regulations give you a seven day cooling off period from the day after you receive your goods to cancel. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the item, at your expense, using a trackable delivery service. The goods will be your responsibility until we receive them.
We try to maintain good stocks of all our lines unfortunately sometimes it is difficult to get the required items from our supplier. We will always do our best to source your requirements in the shortest time possible.

For any warranty issues you should contact us first. All of our suppliers have different warranty terms and you should check their website for the warranty details for a certain product. We can of course offer advise on warranties and any problems you may have.

Goods lost or damaged in transit
Any items loss in transit or not received should be reported to us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Any items damaged in transit should be reported to us immediately or within 24 hrs of delivery.
