We allow 30 days to return an unwanted item, if you need to return your item please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 01473 217480 before returning the item. Please have all the relevant information on hand including the date of purchase, invoice number and product details. All returns must be repacked in the original factory-supplied packaging and must be in new condition otherwise we may deduct a percentage from your refund. We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We will only refund shipping costs if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival to the customer.
If you need to return an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will inform you of the best way to get it returned to us and sort out the issue. We may ask for photos/proof of any damage or fault to speed up the return process. All items that become faulty after a month will be repaired and returned to you, if they cannot be repaired then a replacement will be issued.
We cannot offer full refunds on certain items due to hygiene issues, these items include Brass/Woodwind instruments, ear plugs, earphones, microphones etc. If the items have clearly been used and are no longer in a sellable condition, then any reduction in value will be deducted from the refund.
